The University will not be liable or responsible to you in the event that a course cannot go ahead as planned due to factors outside of our control, such as a change to government guidelines. This means that we will not be responsible to you for any costs you have incurred in arranging to attend any courses. You are advised to include this contingency when arranging your insurance to attend ESSAM 2022.
